Despite providing language-learning materials to a worldwide audience and having some of the most downloaded learning materials in iTunes, we are a very small company, so we unfortunately can’t be available 24/7 to answer your questions. For this reason the best way to contact us is by using the form on our helpdesk or by clicking the Support tab on the left of any page of our website. This way your request will be submitted to our helpdesk system and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.
