Despite providing language-learning materials to a worldwide audience and having some of the most downloaded learning materials in iTunes, we are a very small company, so we unfortunately can’t be available 24/7 to answer your questions. For this reason the best way to contact us is by emailing support AT radiolingua DOT com – or by using the form on our helpdesk. This way your request will be submitted to our helpdesk system and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.
We regularly use Twitter and you can interact with us by sending a message to @radiolingua. If you have a support query, please use the contact form or support email address rather than using Twitter as we are not always available to interact with you on Twitter.
