How to get in touch
Despite providing language-learning materials to a worldwide audience and having some of the most downloaded learning materials in iTunes, we are a very small company, so we unfortunately can’t be available 24/7 to answer your questions.
We normally have someone who can help you 9:00am – 5:00pm UK time (4:00am – 12:00pm EST / 1:00am – 9:00am PST). To use our chat function, click on the Help button at the bottom left of the screen. This way you can also leave us a message or view our help articles which may answer your question. Alternatively you can email us on support [at] radiolingua.com and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
We use Zendesk as our Helpdesk software. You can view our Help Centre, or submit a help request. Please be aware that Zendesk is a separate system to our membership area, so you can’t log into Zendesk using your normal username and password. Instead, please use your Facebook, Twitter or Google profile.
We have UK and US voicemail lines where you can leave us a message. Please don’t forget to include an email address as we will reply to you by email rather than by phone. The numbers are as follows:
