Coffee Break Academy: Refund Policy

Most courses offered on the Coffee Break Academy are digital products which provide immediate access to the digital content associated with the course including audio, video and text content. This means that as soon as the purchase is made, the customer can immediately access all of the content and can download it for offline access. By downloading the content the customer takes the course and therefore all sales are final and no refunds are given for courses which have been downloaded.

If a customer purchases a course and within 7 days of the purchase finds that the level of the course is too easy or too difficult, we will consider replacing the course with another level if such a course exists.

Certain courses on the Coffee Break Academy involved “dripped” content which becomes available to the customer after certain delays. Specifically, our Masterclass courses and the Coffee Break French, German, Spanish and Italian Reading Clubs include dripped content. Partial refunds for unused parts of these courses will be considered, and the amount of the refund will depend on the time that has passed since purchase.
