Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds?

On our product and payment pages we provide details of what each product provides. We also provide samples of the lesson guides, bonus listening materials and enhanced podcasts or video materials associated with our premium season passes. All products sold directly from the Radio Lingua website and on the Coffee Break Academy are digital. As such, as soon as payment has been made, the customer can download all associated content. For this reason we do not offer refunds on any products.

I made a double payment / I clicked twice – can I get a refund?

Of course! If there has been a technical problem with your purchase which has meant that you made a double payment for the same product we will happily refund one of the payments. Please contact us via our Helpdesk to let us know that you have made two payments. Please provide the transaction IDs for both payments. We will check these transaction IDs against our payment records and process as required. Please allow seven days for your refund to be processed.

I bought the wrong product. Can you swap me over?

Please contact our Helpdesk or email support [at] radiolingua [dot] com and we’ll do our best to sort this out. Please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of your original purchase.

I forgot to enter the coupon code – can you refund me the discount?

From time to time we offer coupon codes and discounts. Whenever a coupon code or discount is active, we clearly state on any promotional information that the coupon code is only valid if it is used at the time of signup. If you forget to use the coupon code, unfortunately we can’t part-refund your payment. Please note that coupon codes and discounts are advertised in different ways, eg. sometimes through Twitter at, sometimes on Facebook, and sometimes in our newsletter. You can sign up to receive our newsletter on the front page of the Radio Lingua site.

Please be aware that any refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of the management.

    Hi. I’m using cbf 3, free version. I would like to purchase the extended version because I want the line by line analysis. Mqy question is, how is the extended version delivered to me? will I get access to a longer podcast, or a separate podcast, or a written version? I do all my cbf while driving, to and from work, so I won’t be able to read anything until I get home.

    I response would be greatly appreciated as I want to make a decision to buy soon.

      Hi Clarissa. Sorry for the slow reply. When you purchase the premium version you get access to a podcast feed from which you can download all the associated material, ie. the lesson notes which you can print out or use on your computer or device, plus the additional audio content in podcast format which you’ll be able to listen to on your commute. Hope that helps.

    I’ve purchased the Coffee Break Level 4 bonus material directly through the Coffee Break French app on my previous Iphone. Unfortunately, I had to get a new phone and now it won’t let me download the bonus material without paying again.

    Whenever I click the “Already bought” option, nothing happens.

    I really enjoy your bonus material, so I’m dying to get back to it.

      Hi Gene,

      Unfortunately it sounds like you’ve purchased the unauthorised Coffee Break French app which has been produced by developers without our permission. You can read more about this here. We would suggest you approach Apple for a refund.
