    Which would be a better way to say ‘My flight is at 7:30 AM’? Does it matter that much? (Just trying not to tell someone to go to… well you get the idea)

    mi vuelo es a las siete treinta de la mañana

    or

    mi vuelo es a las siete y media de la mañana
