We’ve been receiving emails from listeners over the weekend mentioning the fact that a number of you have had problems purchasing our courses over the weekend. There appears to be a technical problem in the purchasing process and we’re doing our best to get this solved as quickly as possible.

If you’re calling outside office hours then you can leave your details in a voicemail and we’ll process your order as soon as we can, confirming the activation codes to you by email.

If you’re calling, please provide the following information:

  • your name (as it appears on your credit card)
  • your email address
  • the country where you live
  • product name (eg. Coffee Break Spanish Level 1 Gold)
  • product price
  • card type (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • card number (16 digits)
  • expiry date
  • issue number OR start date
  • card security code (3 digits on rear of card)
