il est quatre heures vingt-cinq – “it’s twenty-five past four”
il est cinq heures moins vingt-cinq – “it’s twenty-five to five”
il est cinq heures moins vingt – “it’s twenty to five”
il est cinq heures moins dix – “it’s ten to five”
