Radio Lingua Help Desk

Over the past few weeks we’ve been working on a new Help Desk system which will help to provide a better support mechanism for our customers and listeners. We’ve introduced the beta version of this today and would request that from now all, all support issues are either sent to us via the Help Desk, or to the email address support [at] radiolingua.com. Please note that although we have been testing the help desk for some time, we are still in beta status. Please bear with us if there are any problems while we’re still in beta!

Subscribing in iTunes

Subscribing to MyDailyPhrase Italian couldn’t be simpler. Ideally you’d use iTunes – it’s the easiest way to download and subscribe to podcasts! You can download iTunes here if you’ve not already got it on your computer.

Your first step is to click on the subscribe button in the sidebar.

This should launch iTunes and take you to the MyDailyPhrase Italian page in the iTunes Store. You should now click on the subscribe button in the store. Note that subscribing in the iTunes store is free. MyDailyPhrase Italian will be providing additional materials in a Premium version, but the basic podcast is free.

Once you click on subscribe, iTunes will go to the podcast feed and request the most recent episode. Your download manager will now show that you’re downloading the material from our servers:

Once the podcast has downloaded you can now view all episodes in the iTunes Podcast menu:

And that’s all there is to it! From now on, all new episodes of MyDailyPhrase Italian will be delivered straight to your computer. If you have an iPod then you can check your settings to ensure that each new edition of the podcast is copied straight to your iPod too.
