I love this series but I’m currently going crazy about the following phrase “ce n’è uno” which in the bonus notes is translated to “there is one (of them)”. WHERE does the “n'” come into that?!!? I’m so confused and when I google translate “there is one” it drops the “n”
Apologies for the slow response – we’ve been updating the website. The n’ is short for “ne” which sort of means “of them”, so “ce n’è uno” is “there is one (of them)”. We talk about this in lesson 14 of Season 2: https://coffeebreaklanguages.com/2017/08/cbi-2-14-abbiamo-delle-belle-mele-rosse/
