Website problems update
Our engineers have been working really hard over the past few days to solve the problems on the site. For the moment it looks like we’re back in business, but we will obviously continue to monitor the site very carefully over today and the next few days. As we explained in a previous post, we’ve been preparing to move the site to a new server and update various elements of the backend system. This work has been put on hold over the past few days as we’ve worked on the problems, but we’ll get back onto that now and hopefully be in a position to do the server move in the next week or so.
As ever we’ll keep you posted on Twitter and Facebook of any developments, and if the site does go down again then we’ll be posting information there.
