In episode 14, Mark and Alba are joined by David, el novio de Alba. 1. Like listening to your podcasts and understand Spanish well… but didn’t catch David’s phrase about how he and Alba are going to celebrate St Valentine’s Day… ‘como yerman’ it sounded like… something Scottish and special?

    Many thanks.

    • Hi Anne. The phrase is “como Dios manda” – literally “as God dictates” or “as God intends”. Hope this helps.
