Lesson 39 – Show Time Spanish

Posted on December 2, 2009

We’re delighted to be joined once more by Alba in this special episode of Show Time Spanish. It’s the last ‘normal’ episode in the series: next week we’ll have the eighth and final instalment of Verano Español, so lesson 39 is the final ‘normal’ episode in the series. We find out what Alba has been doing since before the summer and Mark takes the opportunity to test listeners on some of the phrases learned earlier in the series.

    Ay, Alba! Que sorpresa!
    Hoy has sonido extraordinariamente.
Algún día quisiera hablar contigo por el teléfono también :)
Pero ahora debo decir – hasta siempre :( .

Lovin the show, and learning so much, you guys rock! I was wondering though, when episode 40 will be unleashed to complete the series? I’m aware you’re a very small company with lots of other projects, but figured I’d ask anyway. Cheers.

Stuart – hopefully by Monday, if not before! I want to get everything done and dusted before Christmas. I’ve just updated the premium materials for lesson 39 – the Encore podcast etc. so lesson 40 is the next job. There are just a few things to finalise with the support materials and we’ll get it published asap. Glad you’re enjoying it!

Mark dice, “cuánto me alegro oírte”.

Y Alba dice, “me alegro también de saber de vosotros …”.

¿Por qué usa Alba la palabra “de” antes del infinitivo?
