The listening practice provided during Act One is greatly needed, and I've found that it pushes me to learn more and to increase my vocabulary. The grammatical breakdown in Act Two helps me to understand the language as a whole. And the Interval Act provides me with some extra bonuses, with the tongue twisters, jokes, movie reviews (which provide even more listening practice), and the authentic expressions.
